For accounting firms

Your firm’s capacity no longer depends on who types fastest.

Your clients’ documents arrive read, classified and free of duplicates — and, in Centralgest, they go in posted without anyone typing them again. More clients, with the same team.

The maths

Your revenue is per client. Your cost is hours. That is where this makes a difference.

Handling a document by hand

8 min

Receive, open, type, file.

Reviewing in DocBridge

1.5 min

And less and less, as it learns.

A client with 120 docs/month

13 h

Given back to the team, every month.

Across a portfolio of 40 clients

520 h

Per month. At €35/h, €18,200 of margin.

Reference calculation, using the values the product itself uses by default — editable per company. The calculator is on the pricing page.

Learns each supplier once

The junior stops typing and starts reviewing.

A supplier’s first invoice teaches the system to read that supplier. Confidence rises when the supplier, the lines and the prices repeat — and what is left to review is what is genuinely unusual.

Each line comes with a suggested SNC account, and each field with a confidence indicator. Review is done with the document alongside.

Measured at a real client · August 2026

It found work that had already been done — and nobody knew.

The accounting has two ways in: DocBridge and the accountant. What the accountant posted by hand never reached the other side, and the document stayed ‘not yet posted’ for ever — counting as pending work that no longer existed.

33/211

documents already posted by hand

€254,116

that the screen was still counting as pending

Today DocBridge reads Centralgest once a day and matches by external number and supplier NIF (tax number). What is already there no longer shows up as work to be done.

Control

It never writes to a client’s books without someone having decided so.

It is the first thing a partner thinks about, so it is the first thing we answer. By default, the Centralgest connection only reads.

Reading and writing are separate permissions

Viewing the chart of accounts is reading. Creating an entry cannot be undone with one click — so it is a separate authorisation, switched on company by company.

The first click never deletes

Cancelling an entry first runs a simulation: it reads the entry, proves it is the right one, and shows what it would delete. Only the second click carries it out — and it then confirms that the entry is gone.

What failed is grouped by cause

Forty errors read as three problems, on the ‘Not posted’ screen.

Obligations per client

Each client’s deadlines, in one place.

Payslips, Social Security payment slips, IVA (Portuguese VAT) payment plans, DMR, IRC, withholding tax and IES. A validated document goes up to the obligations dashboard on its own — nobody re-enters it.

The questions we always get

Straight answers.

Does this replace my team?

No. It takes the typing away from them and gives them back the reviewing — which is where their qualifications are worth something. The accounting decision stays with those who know how to make it.

What if the classification is wrong?

It is corrected on the review screen, before the document moves on. Every approved document teaches the system to read that supplier better.

Which accounting software do you support?

Today, direct posting via API is to Centralgest Cloud. For clients on other software, documents reach the firm already read, classified, free of duplicates and filed. See how posting works

Can I have all my clients in the same portal?

Yes. Each company has its own isolated space, and you switch between companies without leaving the portal. See plans

Connect one client. See one month.

You don’t have to decide for the whole firm. Pick the client that costs you the most, connect them, and compare the month with the one before.
