What counts as a document
Everything DocBridge reads and processes — invoices, receipts, credit notes, delivery and transport notes, among more than twenty recognised types.
If you go over what is included
On paid plans, nothing stops mid-month: extra documents are counted separately. The free plan includes 10 documents a month.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my accounting software?
No. In Centralgest Cloud, documents go in posted via API; with other software they reach the accountant already read, classified and filed.
Is there anything to install?
No. You create the account and a setup wizard guides the configuration, step by step: sector, document intake, accounting, banks and automatic approval.
Where are my documents kept?
In the DocBridge archive, isolated per company and stored on servers in the European Union. A deleted document is kept for 30 days before being erased.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
That is what the review screen is for, with a confidence indicator on every field. Nothing reaches the books without being approved.
